Pulpa am făcut-o pastramă . A fost ţinută in baiţ o săptămână şi la vânt două săptămâni .
Apoi a fost lăsată la rece.
La prepararea in cuptor s-au adăugat ulei natural , vin negru, mirodenii şi apoi a fost lasată in tihnă ,la foc domol, timp de 6 ore .
A ieşit ceva miraculos ...
