Se poate folosi un pui intreg sau se pot folosi doar bucati de pui .
Eu am folosit sase pulpe de pui dezosate si un piept de pui dezosat.
Le-am lasat la marinat timp de trei ore , intr-un bait ce continea urmatoarele : un pahar vin rosu sec, sos de soia , sos worchester, usturoi , piper, cimbru , sare , maghiran , boia de ardei dulce .
Am tinut vasul roman in apa calduta timp de 30 minute (cu tot cu capac) .
Atentie ! Se pune la cuptor in cuptorul rece (pentru a evita craparea) .
Carnea de pui/puiul se aseaza in vas (fara ulei sau untura) pe un pat din rondele de ceapa .
Am adaugat deasupra 1/2 pahar apa si 4 catei de usturoi taiati feliute .
Am lasat la cuptor aprox. 40-50 minute , la foc potrivit . Dupa cele 40-50 minute am inlaturat capacul si am mai lasat la cuptor inca 25-30 minute (pentru a prinde crusta) .
Se serveste cu smantana si dulceata de ardei iute (daca aveti) !
